How long does it take to send an order?
Orders are sent from Monday to Saturday,* excluding holidays, from:

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm CET will be shipped on the same day.
On Saturdays, orders placed before 11:30 am CET will be shipped on the same day.
*Countries and regions that have customs regulations, cash-on-delivery orders, and deliveries to Packstations in Germany, will only be shipped Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Orders for the Canary Islands are only sent on Tuesdays.
