To manage your request, we will need you to attach a full photo of the item and a photo of the area requiring repair. Any submissions that do not included these images will be rejected. It would also be helpful if you could send us images of the back and front of the shoe. The images must be less than 10 MB and saved as one of the following file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, tif, tiff, bmp, png.
