Where are deliveries made?

Orders can be delivered to:

- Any address in any of the countries listed on our website, with the exception of P.O. boxes and addresses in remote or hard-to-reach locations.

- Our NNormal stores (excluding franchises and Outlets) in any country where this service is offered. See the Store List Please remember that we do not send orders to P.O. boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a P.O. box as the shipping address.

Please provide a contact phone number in case any problems arise at the time of delivery (wrong address, consignee not available at time of delivery, etc.).
