How can I return a purchase?
If you made your purchase at a NNormal store or on the website, the easiest thing to do is to visit a store in the same country where you bought the item(s).
Please note that if you made a purchase at a Rennormal store, you will need to go to that same store or another Rennormal store in the same country. We do not accept Rennormal items at our full-price stores.
Franchises are excluded. In the case of online orders, the exclusion applies to franchises as well as El Corte Inglés.
