Innovation is never finished.

Innovation
is never finished.

At NNormal, we believe innovation isn’t a finished product, but a constant process of learning and refining.

This year at Western States, Kilian Jornet is testing two of our latest innovations: the NNormal202 footwear prototype and a cooling vest.

Like Kboix before them, these products aren’t yet available to the public. They’re live tests designed to explore what works under the toughest conditions.

NNormal202
No pressure.

Traditional running shoes force a compromise. To secure your foot, laces tighten directly over the instep, one of the most sensitive areas of the foot, which can create pressure points and restrict circulation over long distances.

NN202* takes a different approach.

Its new lateral lacing system shifts foot hold from the top to the sides of the shoe, eliminating pressure across the instep without compromising hold.

The result? An anatomical wrap that moves naturally with you, adapting to changing terrain over long distances so you can focus on what’s next.

Because sometimes it’s the pressure that’s holding you back.

Cooling Vest
Stay ahead.

As global temperatures rise, staying cool becomes increasingly important for performance and endurance over long distances.

This prototype cooling vest is designed to help athletes stay efficient when conditions get tough.

Built to perform in extreme heat, its ultimate test takes place on the back of Kilian Jornet as he takes on the canyon ovens of Western States.

A climate-adaptive concept for the future of ultra-running.

Full release: 2028.

The testing continues.
