Correr en verano en lugares con alta humedad es asfixiante. De todas las opciones que he probado esta camiseta es con diferencia la que mejor me ha funcionado. Es lo más parecido a no llevar nada, puede que mejor. Ojo, talla muy pequeña y sobre todo corta, suelo usar L y he tenido que comprar la XL.
