Return conditions
In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:
- The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)
- It has been less than 7 days since you received the item
- The item is still under the 1-year warranty if there is a manufacturing flaw
Online Returns:
In addition to the above requirements, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please pack the item in to a box, bag or satchel for it's return. Do not apply shipping labels, stamps or packing tape directly on to the shoe box.
