In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

- The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

- It has been less than 30 days since you received the item

- The item is still under the 2-year warranty if there is a manufacturing flaw

Online Returns:
In addition to the above requirements, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, please replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity.

If all of these conditions have been met, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the initial and return shipping costs. If you paid cash on delivery, the additional shipping charges applied to this payment method will also be subtracted from the refund amount. If you are returning an item because of a manufacturing defect attributable to NNormal, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be made by the same method used to make the original payment.

You are responsible for assuming all shipping costs, except in certain cases. We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns under any circumstances.
